Hi, I’m Eddie.

I’ve spent years running businesses across software, media & advertising, health and fitness, retail, construction & franchising with some great wins and plenty that didn’t go to plan.

Along the way I’ve managed people, negotiated deals, raised funds, and dealt with more operational fires than I’d like to admit.

I’m not here because I read a book on entrepreneurship. I’m here because I’ve lived the parts most business advice skips over.

Helping other business owners is the newest chapter for me, but the experience behind it isn’t.

I’m here to close the gap between where you are and where are capable of being.

What can I do for your business?

I help business owners build companies that work better, grow with more control, and become more valuable over time.

That might mean fixing a particular problem, creating a growth strategy, improving sales and marketing, installing systems and KPIs, building a stronger leadership team, or reducing the business’s dependence on you.

I work across the all the stages of the journey:

Think bigger: support mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, partnerships and the next strategic move.

I don’t do generic advice presentations. I work with owners to on the real problem that they have.
